Four meetings are held each year.  In March and November, our meetings are held viz ZOOM on the third Monday of the month. In May and September, our meetings are held outdoors at our own Glenwood Landing Park on the Saturday afternoon immediately prior to the third Monday of the month (with a Sunday afternoon rain date). In some years the September meeting may be rescheduled to avoid conflicts with religious celebrations.

Meeting notices, with a proposed agenda, are either mailed or hand delivered to all homes in the community, usually 10-14 days in advance of the meeting date.   The notices provide information about the date, time and venue for the meeting.

Information about each meeting is also sent by email a few days in advance to all those for whom we have an email address.  (Emails are send as "bcc" so email addresses are not visible to other recipients.  We do not share your email address with any other organization. All residents of the Westmoreland community, as well as residents of neighboring communities, are welcome to attend our meetings.  Only dues-paying members of the Westmoreland community are eligible to vote in any Association matters that require a vote.
