The Westmoreland Association holds four membership meetings annually, in March, May, September and November. Since 2022, the March and November meetings are being held virtually over Zoom on the third Monday of those months, at 8:00 PM; the May and September meetings are being held the Saturday prior to the third Monday of those months, at 4:00 PM, outdoors and in person at the Glenwood Landing Park (corner of Glenwood St. and 39th Road), with the next day (Sunday) as a rain date. (In some years, the September meeting may be held on a different weekend to avoid conflicts with religious celebrations.) A written notice of each meeting is provided to all residents, usually 10-14 days in advance of the meeting. The notices for the May, September and November meetings are typically hand-delivered to each resident; the notice for the March meeting are typically mailed.
